Not just in Goa but the rest of the country as well. We are in for one of the most difficult times. Imagine life without water. According to the IMD, India records 64 per cent rain deficit. So, what are we doing about it? It's time for some introspection. Are we going to just pray for good rains as we mostly do at such times? We need to understand ‘prayer without deeds is meaningless!’.
